- PLEASE be sure that all of your communications are polite and stick to the issues. People on both sides of any issue have legitimate concerns, and you will win over nobody by name calling.
- The best way to help is to come to a meeting. If your item is on the agenda, you can speak to it. Or you and others can appoint a "spokesperson" and stand in support of that person as he or she speaks. (Be sure that the speaker shows the Board how many people have come for whom he or she is speaking.)
